People bashing low trucks. At least this truck has a use. It was built for auto-cross. I would much rather have a lowered truck with an intention in mind than one of those jacked up tiny mall crawlers. If it’s 2 wheel drive. Lowering is the only way to go. If it’s 4 wheel drive lifting it is the only way to go. You should never ever ever lower a 4WD or lift a 2WD(unless you intend to convert it to a 4x4) Maybe the guy likes the features and styling of the super duty and loves bagged trucks. Or even better maybe he just enjoys listening to people who most likely can't even afford the monthly payment on a brand new f350 platinum complain about how he ruined a truck that can still pull and most definitely rides better than the clapped out boxes most of the keyboard soldiers have. TO EACH THERE OWN. Killer ride man. Btw pay close attention to all the subtle details. Jimmy's Rods and Customs never disappoints..
Kids have preferences, just like us adults. Mom might have listened to Biggie while kiddo was in the womb, so she associates it with something calming, including being "rocked" in mama's womb, mom's heartbeat, etc. Humans are fascinating beings! I must agree, to certain level, that being in a mother's womb, can definitely, play a role in a child's life. I recall when my niece was born, she cried heavily, because she experienced, heavy noise. At 2 years old, she still cried on go in a hiding spot, when she listened to that heavy metallic, groining, blasting sound. Now we know, the reason for that, disturbance. Her father, has drive, with his pregnant wife, on a very noisy motorcycle. When Ellen was pregnant with her daughter she worked for a local music store. They had to play the current releases over and over all day long. At that time it was one of the Ozzy Osbourne releases + She went to the Ozzy concert when She was 5 months pregnant w/her. When she was a baby that was the only cd that she would soothe her, not even a bottle could do that.
We are seeing the same problem in Australia! It is becoming ridiculous, bikes left in rivers, fallen on side walks. They need to have places to put the bikes, like the do in Paris. You pick your bike up at one of the many many bike stations and then return it to a different or the same bike station and it gets locked up. Could these not just be donated to various countries in Africa or elsewhere where people have to travel huge distances with no available transport? Surely a major corporation could make this part of the Social Responsibility Program and make a REAL difference! With all due respect, I don't think a few people on here can speak for more than 1billion in Africa. Empowerment should be part of the donation. Corporations have deep pockets. It is almost sinful that hundreds of thousands of bicycles are just laying there. A combined and effort between shipping, air, road transport and courier corporate giants.
Nascar doesn’t traditionally race on road courses. To determine the champion on road course prowess is short sighted. We race on 1.5 mile tracks and should be determined on those. Unless Nascar starts adding more road courses on the circuit, I don’t see this working. Hopefully this works. What they should do is add a few tracks in the goofy playoff system that they do not normally drive on, Tracks that would definitely sell out, no driver would have a advantage in the Monster Energy cars. Being from Iowa of course I would choose the Iowa Speedway a 7/8 mile track, sure the Xfinity drivers might have a slight advantage because they race there twice each year but not in the Monster cars, a Saturday night under the lights what a race and no mater how many seats they would add it would sell out, with people willing to pay scalper prices to see it. Just a thought. Let’s see how these changes play off. I personally would have left the regular season ending in a short track like Richmond… Shorts tracks = short tempers, and as a regular season ending race it should create more drama that needs to be gated. I love the idea of a track shake up in the Chase, too many 1.5 mile tracks the past years. The Charlotte road course race could be fun. And I have to wait to see a restrict-or plate race at Indianapolis. I don’t understand why it’s necessary, but let’s see.
Compression ratio is the total volume of the combustion chamber and cylinder when the piston is at the bottom of the stroke and when the piston is at the top of it’s stroke. Higher compression ratio usually produces more power but does require higher octane fuel. Engine Displacement Engine displacement is how the internal size of the engine is described. This is measured by the cylinder bore and by the length of the stroke and adding all the cylinders. Some engines have one intake and one exhaust valves while some engines have two intake and two exhaust valves. The valves are controlled by the camshaft. Some engines have two camshafts. Overhead Valve OHV Is when the camshaft has rocker arms arms or push rods actuating all of the valves. Single Overhead Camshaft SOHC A SOHC design means the camshaft is over the exhaust and intake valves. Double Overhead Camshaft DOHC In a double overhead camshaft design, there is a camshaft for the intake and a camshaft for the exhaust and both are above the valves.
